Rationale:
Ensure fiscal health and a positive reputation in the local and national educational communities.
Strategies:
Develop long-term financial projections that balance tuition increases with the need to remain competitive with faculty and staff salaries and benefits.
Determine ideal enrollment connected to the admission study conducted in 2017.
Continue to reduce debt and grow endowment, and establish Provision for Plant Replacement, Renewal, and Special Maintenance (PPRRSM) endowment.
Collect and analyze data, utilizing research for decision-making.
Create a master site plan for both sides of campus.
Increase engagement and support from all constituents with an emphasis on alumni and external community.
Create interest from prospective parents through more intentional marketing, develop a framework for building awareness of Oakridge’s value proposition, and articulate Oakridge’s educational outcomes and programs of distinction.
Utilize the website to attract and engage prospective families, and incorporate storytelling through student leadership blogs and video testimonials from students, parents, faculty, staff and coaches.
Identify and discuss ways to use financial assistance strategically.
Explore the use of merit-based assistance, with increasing student quality as a top priority.
